Ok, the first thing I have to say is how is time going so fast?! I keep thinking this session with the adorable Roos family was about two months ago. Except it was in November, which I just realized was four months ago! Yikes–time seriously does go faster every year.
And I’m so glad we captured this exact stage for this sweet family of four. The Roos family welcomed their baby boy last year, growing to a family of four. I love that we got to capture these sweet early days in their home, a place that will be so meaningful for their family as they look back on the images twenty years from now.
This laid-back in-home session let us capture so many authentic moments. The little things they may never think to snap a picture of, but that mean so much. Dan reading to his little girl melted my heart, and I’m so glad we captured it for her to treasure forever.
We also got to capture so many sweet images of their adorable personalities. I love how comfortable they both felt in their own home, which let them just be themselves!
This adorable family of four was so much fun, and I felt so grateful that they invited their home for a morning together. It also felt extra special when I pulled up to their home, and I realized they live directly across the street from the home where I did my first ever newborn session in 2019! Another reminder that time really does fly.
