When Amber reached out to ask me to be their baptism photographer, she told me that sweet Chase was their long-awaited miracle baby. Amber and Brian are both such sweet and loving people, and throughout their special day, it was such an honor to get to see how much they love and cherish their precious miracle.

During Chase’s baptism celebration, they were surrounded by family and friends who made it clear just how much they adore Chase as well. From sweet grandparent snuggles, to family members joining via Zoom (yay, technology!), it was clear to me that the old adage “it takes a village” is true, and this family has such a wonderful village to support them.

Another piece of this story that made it even more special is that the same priest who baptized Chase also baptized Brian many years ago. To see this family tradition carry on just added such an element of beauty and reverence to an already holy day.

Every part of this day was so beautiful, and I felt so lucky to be a part of a day that was so long-awaited for the Hillner Family. It was just so clear to me that this family is one that is filled with love, kindness, and joy.
